As newcomer to pilates, I have really enjoyed Mandy's classes and have noticed my progression even after the first course of classes. Mandy is a brilliant instructor. She is very knowledgeable whilst still being approachable and friendly. Every class has variations to allow you to make the movements easier or harder.
